Meet Tyler!
My name is Tyler and I have been a professional dog groomer since May 2011. My passion has always been animals. I attended Vet Tech school at SUNY Alfred. Then later transferred to Utica College for Biology with a focus in pre vet. After a year, I went to grooming academy in Ithaca, NY in May 2011 and opened The Muddy Dog in July of 2018. I currently show Standard Poodles and working towards my Master Groomer Certification through National Dog Grooming Association of America. I am also a group placing competitive groomer. I currently have four dogs, two senior Pit Bulls and two younger Standard Poodles.
Meet Nicole!!!
My name is Nicole and I have been grooming since July of 2017. I attended grooming school out in Cheektowaga, NY. I have two cattle dog mixes at home, but I have a new found love for grooming Poodles and the versatility of the breed and their coat. My goal is to add a Poodle to our home and eventually attend grooming competitions.
Meet Abby!!!!!
My name is Abby and I stared working here at The Muddy Dog in September 2023 where I started learning to groom from some of the best groomers in the Utica area! I have one dog of my own! I am very eager to learn and grow as a groomer!
Meet Molly!!
Hi I'm Molly and I went to grooming academy in Buffalo, NY in 2015! My love and passion for grooming has grown from there and I couldn't imagine a better career! My favorite dogs to groom are the senior dogs! I currently have a Bedlington Terrier named Molson that I love to do lots of fun things with! I am also a group placing competitive groomer!
Meet Shannon!!!!
My name is Shannon and I went to grooming school in Syracuse back in 2015! I currently have 3 dogs at home. I love hand scissors and spunky dogs! Besides dogs and my kids, art is also a passion of mine! So want to add a pop of color to your pups fur? I'm your gal!
